What we can't help with

• The status of a request. Once a request goes to a provider or an insurance partner, they handle it. We can't check where it stands with them. Contact them directly.
• Personal advice. We can't give individual financial, legal, tax, or insurance advice.
• Terms, rates, or coverage. We can't set, change, or negotiate the terms of an offer or a policy. Those come from the provider or the insurance partner.
