Austin Financial Services (AFS) is a Los Angeles-based nonbank lender offering asset-based lending to small and mid-sized businesses across the United States. Deal sizes run from $1 million to $20 million, with products covering accounts receivable financing, inventory financing, equipment financing, revolving lines of credit, machinery and equipment term loans, and stretch financing. AFS has a particular focus on sponsor-backed and PE-owned companies, and has closed transactions in sectors ranging from food production to tree services — including a strategic joint venture with Stearns Bank. Minimum requirements are $800,000 in monthly revenue and two years in business; no minimum credit score is set. A good fit if your business is asset-rich but unlikely to qualify through conventional bank channels.
